Academy Realty, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our busy Annapolis Office. The ideal candidate will have prior transaction coordinator experience in a real estate environment. An active Maryland Real Estate License is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to prioritize, take initiative and be a self-starter. 

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, as well as demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with specialized software such as MRIS, Dotloop and Top Producer is a plus. One year of real estate experience is preferred.

Job Description Summary: The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and tracking all tasks associated with both the listing and the selling of residential real estate located mostly in Anne Arundel County, MD. This role will also assist the Office Manager/Client Associate with administrative duties, transaction management and client support. Exemplary customer service is a must. This position requires a high level of confidentiality.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

We offer a competitive salary plus potential for quarterly performance bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
